Can Xuxu, a charming property was constructed in century XIX. Located on a hill near the Tarida beach on the west side of the island and two kilometers of the sea. Can Xuxu has magnificent views of the small barren island of "Conejera" and to the sunset.

Can Xuxu was a Finca acquired by my family 20 years ago which gently and slowly evolved into what it is today, a boutique villa. Can Xuxu is today one of the most hip and stylish places around the island. The property kept its original flavor, a beautiful combination of Ibizencan style and ethnic modern Asian touches that create a unique harmony.

The rooms have all a different and refined decoration that it makes only. All is equipped, some with skillful complete bath, others with private terrace or views sea and conditioned air.

The Finca is an oasis of peace and tranquility, where the scents of orange blossom, rosemary and lavender blend to indulge your senses. The Finca has rooms with private terraces, suites with chill out corners with sea view, and areas where you can appreciate the antique Javanese turn-of-the-century pavilions that are spread around the property.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Can Xuxu requires a minimum stay of 7 nights, if booking is made more then 3 weeks in advance, and a minimum stay of 3 nights for last minute reservations.

Can Xuxu takes a deposit of 40% paid upon booking (minimum one night), that you can pay with visa or master card sending us the owner's name, the card's numbers, the expiration date and the secret code in the back. Balance will paid upon arrival.

Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, please advise us only by fax or e-mail.

When a reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be returned less 30% or, be retained for the next reservation made within the same year.

In case of a cancellation within 30 days or less before the arrival date, the deposit is not refundable.

In case of a cancellation within 7 or less days before the arrival date or in case of leaving before the booked check-out date, the booked stay will be charged in full.

Can Xuxu accepts children under 15 years old only upon special request.

Due to other pets on the premises Can Xuxu cannot accept other animals.

Can Xuxu reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

This terms and conditions are automatically accepted once the reservation is completed.

LOCATION AND DISTANCES

From Ibiza city and the airport must take the road direction to San Jose, once passed the village you must take the just detour next to the bar Can Vergé to your left direction (to the beach of Cala Tarida. To approximately 1,400 Km you will find a supermarket of white color and a parking, to approximately 200 meters to your right you will find the detour and the way that they will take to them directly to the hotel.
