Can Pardal is located on a hillside beside the beautiful old church of Sant Miguel de Balansat.
The property is located in an area that gives total peace and tranquillity with incredible views of the surrounding pine clad hills and is the ideal place to relax, away from the stresses and pace of life.
Our aim is that our guests at Can Pardal will experience a homely atmosphere, first class hospitality and good service.
The whole property with an ibicencan architecture and provençal style, can accommodate a total of 10 people and two of the annexe suites have a mini kitchen and a sofa bed giving facilities for two extra occupants in each. All rooms are furnished and decorated to a high specification. The accommodation can be rented in total or in part depending upon availability.
The property comprises of a main house in which there are 2 bedrooms, all en suite a fully equipped kitchen and dining room plus a lounge with a large fireplace. The annexes comprise of three self-contained suites that have their own private entrance & terraces.
Towels and bed linen are provided, together with mini-bar, air conditioning and heating, direct dial telephones, satellite digital television, safety deposit box and mini fridge. There also is a CCTV security system.
There are terraces, patios and gardens wiht longe chaises.
On 2010 the hotel have build a brand new swimming pool.

CURIOSITIES
Sant Miquel is a village that keeps its small size, although it has grown due to tourism. All sorts of services are offered along the main street.
Do not miss a visit to the church, also built on a hill, the same as Santa Eulària's. It offers wonderful views overlooking rural areas.
The church's central nave was built in the XVI century. At the end of the century the church was enlarged with the construction of two lateral chapels, Benirràs and Rubió. Beautiful fresco paintings inspired in religious and floral motives were recently found in the chapels. It is the cross shape what makes this church different. However, it is known that, as many other temples, it was erected for religious but also defensive purposes.
There will be an advance of payament charge of 30% of the stay by credit card.

With 7 days or less advance notice, a 1 day charge will be incurred.
In the event of not apparence with failure to cancel, 3 days charge.
LOCATION AND DISTANCES
Take the road from Santa Gertrudis to San Miguel. When you arrive to San Miguel you will find the hotel close to the church.
