THE HOTEL

Guests who stay in our apartment hotel will be able to enjoy refurbished apartments, which we have decorated with great care and enthusiasm. Our aim is that our visitors should enjoy a comfortable, pleasant stay, so that their holiday in Ibiza should be memorable.

The apartments are 15 minutes on foot from the Paseo de San Antonio, where you can enjoy an unforgettable sunset, long walks, little market stalls, beaches and a varied nightlife.

The apartments have one or two bedrooms, a large living room, one or two terraces, a kitchen and bathroom with all facilities. The living room has a 1.40 m sofa-bed. The bedrooms have two single beds. The apartments are provided with hot and cold air conditioning and television.

The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking. If there is anything else that you need, please ask for it! We will try our best to provide it.

There is a daily cleaning service of the apartments, except for the kitchen.

Casual restaurant...


'Fifty-Fifty' is the other half of the Fleming50 apartments. Open from 8:30 in the morning until midnight, our restaurant is a place dedicated to Casual Food. Healthy food, with Mediterranean and Asian aromas.

At 'Fifty-Fifty', you can have breakfast, lunch or supper. If you are staying in our apartments, you can enjoy your meals on our terrace, around the swimming pool or in the peace and quiet of your own room.

We have put together a menu of dishes designed for you to enjoy simple, fresh market cuisine. Cuisine that is designed for the summer and that offers magnificent value for money. As we enjoy taking care of all the details, we would like our dishes to transmit our philosophy, "fresh, good quality, simple but prepared with all the passion that comes from wanting to please our guests".

'Fifty-Fifty' also has a special list of cocktails and mixed drinks which are prepared by our barman. Who can resist sipping a Mojito on their return from the beach while enjoying a swim in our swimming pool?

TERMS & CONDITIONS

BOOKINGS AND REIMBOURSE
Bookings must be guaranteed by a non-refundable deposit paid with a credit card. The deposit will correspond to two-night fee (for less than 5 night stays) or three-night fee (for more than 5 night stays). The balance is to be paid on arrival; shouldn't it be paid, the booking will be cancelled according our cancellation policy (see below).
All payments must be made in EUROS, whatever the origin of customer is.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All bookings can be cancelled by request of customers.
Deposits may be refunded if cancellation is notified more than 30 days prior to the arrival date.
50% of the deposit will be charged for cancellations notified between 30 and 15 days prior to the arrival date
100 % of the deposit will be charged for cancellations notified 15 days prior to the arrival date.
