Ca N'Escandell is a refurbished old property with a moorish, ibicencan architecture and contemporary style. This small country house hotel is located in the north of Ibiza, near the village of Sant Joan de Labritja inside an open valley surrounded by soft hills and the skyline as a background.
On arrival, the visitor will discover a real moorish style ibicencan country house. The peculiar yellow façade, the white walls and moodern design hide a pure rustic structure that combines stone and wood with modern facilities.
All bedrooms-some in the main house and some in the old corrals sprinkled all around the property have a terrace or a living room. The 8 modern rooms include double beds, modern bathrooms, HiFi, air-conditioning, mini bar, television, telephone and private terrace areas. The loft apartment, for 2 adults and 2 children, is set at the bottom of the grounds, with its own sitting room, fireplace, kitchen and a Jacuzzi bath.
You can enjoy a walk around the fruit trees and the sober garden of local plants. Breakfast is served in the courtyard in summer and inside the main finca during the winter. Papers, Magazines, ADSL access, car park, DVDs and books are available to guests. Also available on the grounds is an outdoor swimming pool, restaurant service and set amongst pine trees, BBQ.

Free mountain bikes at guests disposal to cycle trought the paths of Es Amunts. The owners will guide you to untouched wonderful beaches.
A payement of the 40% in advance is required to confirm the reservation
All cancellation must be in written form (via fax or e-mail)
For cancellations one week or more prior to the date of arrival a fee of 1 night's stay will be charged.
Failure to do so will result in a charge of 2 night's stay.
A fee of 3 night's stay will be charged in case of non-shows.
A fee of 1 night's stay will be charged for early check-outs.

LOCATION AND DISTANCES
Take the road to Sant Joan de Labritja until you get to the crossroads to Sant Miguel and next to the pump station turn left to Sant Miguel. Only 1,3 km further you will find two blue stones in the left side of the road, turn left and you will find the way to Ca N'Escandell.
