THE HOTEL
Can Guillem, a small boutique hotel, is located just 5 km. from Ibiza town. The 19th-century old house has been converted into a fully equipped exclusive and modern hotel whilst retaining the original architecture.
The small boutique hotel stands out harmony between a modern, minimalist and cared decoration and the structure of an ancient Ibicencan house. It has nine rooms, six of them double, one Suite and two bungalow, all with complete bathroom, air conditioning and satellite TV.
It has two lounges, decorated with impresive landscape pictures and photographs of the island made by local artists, where guests will enjoy delightful moments chatting or reading. The hotel has terraces everywhere, to enjoy the views as well a swimming pool with solarium.

CURIOSITIES
The most peculiar room is the independent bungalow- located in the old shed in front of the main house. The bungalow has with a private terrace, a separate lounge, a bedroom with a wonderful double bed and a complete bathroom covered with white wood to simulate the typical Ibicencan rustic walls.
An other peculiar room is the Standard, a small wood house, located behind the main house in front of the pool. The room is equipped with air conditioned, private terrace, TV plasma and skillful hidromassage.

Payement of the 30% in advance is needed to confirm the reservation. Confirmations will be confirmed in written form (via fax or e-mail).
Minimum stay in medium-high season 3 nights
All cancellation must be in written form (via fax or e-mail)
For cancellations one week or more prior to the date of arrival a fee of 1 night's stay will be charged.
Failure to do so will result in a charge of 2 night's stay.
A fee of 3 night's stay will be charged in case of non-shows.
A fee of 1 night's stay will be charged for early check-outs.
