For the confirmation of a reservation(reserve) it is necessary to do a warehouse(deposit) of 100 % of the whole of the stay.

The hotel returns 95 % of the warehouse(deposit). The remaining quantity corresponds(fits) with expenses of management and cancellation.
Cancellations between 30 days and 2 days before arrival.
The hotel will return 45 % of the CARRIED OUT WAREHOUSE(DEPOSIT).
The rest of the amount will correspond(fit) to expenses of management and cancellation.
Annulment from 1 day before the arrival or Not SHOW In case of cancellation of a reservation(reserve) from 1 day before the arrival or not presentation in the hotel (not show), INSOTEL HOTEL GROUP will invoice with a view to expenses of annulment the total deposited amount.
